These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at plumbingmenifee.com (“the Site”) and your agreement to receive plumbing services from Menifee Plumbing Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), located at 33360 Zeiders Rd, Menifee, CA 92584.
By using the Site or scheduling service with Menifee Plumbing Co., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or request service.

1 Use of the Website
Permitted Use
You may use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may browse, read, and request services offered by Menifee Plumbing Co. through the contact forms, phone number, or email address provided on the Site.

- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Site’s systems or servers

2 Service Terms and Conditions
These terms apply when you book plumbing services from Menifee Plumbing Co. directly or through the Site.
Service Estimates and Pricing
All job estimates provided by Menifee Plumbing Co. are based on the plumber’s assessment of the visible and accessible condition of the plumbing system at the time of the visit.
Estimates are provided before work begins. We price by the job, not by the hour. The price quoted and approved by the customer before work starts is the price charged for that scope of work.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of work that materially change the scope, we will pause and inform the customer before proceeding. No additional charges beyond the original estimate will be incurred without the customer’s express approval.
Verbal estimates provided over the phone are general guidance only and do not constitute a binding quote. A binding quote requires a plumber to assess the situation in person.
Customer Responsibilities
To receive safe and effective plumbing service, customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about the problem and the property at the time of booking
- Ensuring that a responsible adult is present at the property during the service visit
- Providing the plumber with safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service
- Disclosing any known hazards on the property including mold, chemicals, structural concerns, or previous repairs
- Informing us of any active permits or homeowners association restrictions that may affect the scope of work
Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect the accuracy of the estimate or the ability to complete the work on the scheduled visit.
Scheduling and Arrival Windows
We provide appointment windows, not fixed arrival times. Arrival windows are typically two hours in length. We make every reasonable effort to arrive within the stated window.
Delays can occur due to emergency calls, traffic conditions, or earlier jobs running over their estimated time. We will notify you by phone if we expect to arrive outside the agreed window.
For emergency service calls, response times are prioritized by urgency and are not guaranteed to a fixed window.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a non-emergency appointment at any time before the plumber departs for your location. We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least two hours before the appointment window begins when possible.
Cancellations made after the plumber is already in transit to your property may be subject to a trip charge. This fee covers the plumber’s travel time and will be disclosed before you confirm the cancellation.
Emergency calls cannot be cancelled once our plumber is en route.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a written payment plan or financing arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
For larger jobs spanning multiple days or phases, partial payment milestones may be agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a late fee. Accounts that remain unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a collections process in accordance with California law.
Work Performed by Third Parties
Menifee Plumbing Co. is not responsible for work performed by other contractors, DIY repairs, or plumbing modifications made by any party other than our licensed plumbers. Warranty claims may be affected if a third party modifies, removes, or interferes with work we have completed.
3 Warranty and Guarantee
Labor Warranty
All labor performed by Menifee Plumbing Co. is covered by a written warranty issued at the time of job completion. The warranty period and specific terms are stated on your written warranty document.
Within the warranty period, if the work we performed fails due to workmanship issues, we will return and correct the problem at no additional charge.
Parts and Equipment Warranty
Parts, fixtures, and equipment installed by Menifee Plumbing Co. may carry manufacturer warranties in addition to our labor warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and are separate from our workmanship warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect after service is completed
- Pre-existing conditions in the plumbing system that were outside the scope of the work performed
- Damage caused by events outside our control including flooding, earthquake, fire, or acts of nature
- Modifications made to our completed work by the customer or another contractor
- Normal wear and tear on parts or fixtures
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period by calling (951) 615-9951 or emailing support@plumbingmenifee.com. Provide your original job date, job address, and a description of the issue. We will schedule a return visit to evaluate the claim.
4 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Menifee Plumbing Co. shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from plumbing service or the use of this Site
- Damages resulting from delays caused by circumstances outside our control
- Pre-existing structural damage, mold, or hazardous conditions discovered during service
- Losses resulting from customer-provided inaccurate information about the property or the problem
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for personal injury or property damage caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
5 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Menifee Plumbing Co., its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your misrepresentation of information provided in connection with a service request.
6 Privacy
Your use of this Site and your provision of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy at plumbingmenifee.com/privacy-policy/. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7 Third-Party Links and Services

8 Dispute Resolution

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be filed in the appropriate courts located in Riverside County, California.
Limitation on Claims
Any claim arising from these Terms or from services provided by Menifee Plumbing Co. must be brought within one year of the date the claim arose. Claims brought after that period are waived.
9 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or continued engagement of our services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
We encourage you to review this page periodically.
10 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
11 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement or estimate provided to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Menifee Plumbing Co. regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.
